Day 403: Take a bow

I got up in good time to have a quick shower and take myself off to my last in-class final. It was with him. The CJ professor who has the unfortunate name. Multiple choice, scantron, 52 questions, one of which was moronic, one of which was a duplicate and therefore a freebie. The last asked which of five female celebrities was hottest. Britney Speares and Cameron Diaz both had their names gravely misspelled. When I told Ericka about this last question, her reply was, "That professor is a dick." I think just about the same thing. Oh well.
The Dickens paper is done. Typed, edited, cited, and good to go. I am glad. I read through it aloud (working in the writint center paid off, okay?) to Ericka's annoyance (she's till working on her Shakespeare paper). Last night, Megan and I laughed at the irony that her last undergrad paper was on Dickens, and it was for Dr. Harris too. I have things to do now. I'm going to turn the paper in, turn in my PO box key and see about getting my mail forward, see about getting my last paycheck mailed, deliver Christmas cards, turn in library books, go to the bank, and see about getting some boxes to pack.
Then I'm going to nap.
We are SO partying tonight.
Yesterday, Ericka gave us our Christmas presents. She got a crazy load of earrings for Del and some awesome shirts for me (both black, of course): one from the Boondock Saints and another from the Princess Bride. I wore one yesterday and am wearing the other one now. I think, wandering around campus lost in my music, I sort of look like an emo kid. Whatever.
I AM DONE WITH SCHOOL.
It's hard to believe it. Before the CJ test, Bobby said he couldn't believe I wasn't doing somersaults of joy. I'll open the bottle of Martinelli's later. In the mean time - errands!
